Hey Oppo,
I was messing around with mounting the camera inside the
Sir Nigel Cooper
and I wanted to get your opinion on two of the viewpoints I tried. They're both taken from the same time of day after on my drive home after work and they're both taken at the same section of road.
1: Mounted center, from the rear moonroof glass-
2: Mounted from passenger viewpoint from the right side of the front sunroof glass-

I like the passenger seat just a little bit better. You see more of the road that way

I think center is way better because whenever I watch rally videos that are offset, I can never tell when they're sliding or not, but that might not be a problem in your videos (unless you like to live dangerously).

This is very true, it distorts the perspective

A little to the left.

I liked the center one. Though, how did you mount that?

RAM suction cup mount + GoPro side mount + Drift GoPro mount adapter + Nabi Square HD camera.

#1
More symmetrical and easier to make sense of the video...shots from the side are too skewed and difficult to make sense of, especially if it's a video
Also, assuming all else equal, the colours seem richer and more pleasant in #1...#2 feels too washed out. Assuming there is too much light coming in with that placement?

I kinda like the GoPro on Face method.

You know, I have a head strap, but when I tried it, it was too high and the top of the windshield was right in the middle of the screen, lol.
